Wardroberent operates exclusively within Hong Kong. Our logistics network is designed to navigate the local landscape efficiently, ensuring that every dress reaches its destination in excellent condition. We do not provide services to locations outside of the Hong Kong region. By focusing solely on our local community, we are able to maintain a high level of consistency and reliability for all our users.
We follow a structured schedule to ensure your order arrives exactly when you need it. From the moment you place your order, we take a total of 5 business days to complete the process. This duration includes 2 business days specifically dedicated to the shipping and transit phase.
Because of this necessary timeframe, we strongly advise all customers to book their rentals at least 7 days before their scheduled event. This ensures that even with the 5-day period, your outfit will arrive with time to spare. Please note that business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in Hong Kong.
To make the process as accessible as possible, Wardroberent utilizes a Cash on Delivery (COD) system for every transaction. We do not require any upfront payments or digital transactions during the booking stage. Instead, the total payment is collected in person at the time of delivery .
When our courier arrives at your door with your order, you simply provide the payment as indicated in your booking summary. This approach allows you to verify that the package has reached you before any transaction occurs. Please ensure you have the correct amount ready to facilitate a smooth handover. We don’t charge any shipping costs, as everything is covered by us.
We believe in transparent pricing without any hidden costs. Wardroberent does not charge any extra fees for delivery, handling, or logistics. The price listed for your rental is the final amount you will pay upon delivery. By removing additional shipping costs, we ensure that our service remains simple and easy to understand for every member of our Hong Kong community.
We offer flexibility in managing your orders, but there are specific limits based on the status of your shipment. You are free to cancel your order at any time while it remains at our central facility. However, once the order is shipped and is with our delivery partners, which takes 2 business days, no more cancellations are possible. At this stage, the logistics process is already committed, and we expect the COD agreement to be fulfilled upon arrival.
