By accessing the Wardroberent website and engaging with our rental services, you agree to follow the rules outlined in this document. These terms are designed to ensure a smooth and transparent process for everyone in our Hong Kong community. Please read them thoroughly before placing an order.
Wardroberent operates exclusively within the borders of Hong Kong. We do not offer international shipping or services outside of the local region. All transactions and interactions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
By using this site, you confirm that you are a resident of Hong Kong and that the delivery address provided is within our local service area. Users are prohibited from using our service for any fraudulent or illegal purposes. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to be fraudulent or in violation of our terms.
To ensure your outfit arrives on time for your social gathering or formal event, we operate on a specific schedule. We require a total of 5 business days to process and deliver your order. Within this period, 2 business days are dedicated specifically to the shipping process.
Because of this timeline, we strongly recommend that all users book their rentals at least 7 days before their scheduled event. This buffer helps avoid any stress regarding arrival times. Please note that business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong.
At Wardroberent, we prioritize a straightforward payment experience. We operate through a Cash on Delivery (COD)system only. This means the entire payment for your rental is collected in person at the moment the item reaches your door. We do not require digital payments or deposits at the time of booking.
Furthermore, we do not add any extra charges for delivery or logistics . The price you see listed for the rental is the total amount you will pay upon arrival. This flat-pricing model ensures there are no surprises or hidden costs added to your order.
We understand that plans can change. You may cancel your order at any time as long as the item is still at our facility. However, once the package leaves our warehouse for shipping, cancellation is no longer possible. At that stage, the delivery process is already in motion, and the COD agreement remains in effect.
For any kind of return claims placed by our customers, we offer a 48-hour window for raising claims. This is explicitly for damaged or wrong items delivered to your doorstep.
However, for return of the rented item, customers must strictly stick to the rental duration for which they’ve rented the product. Once the rental period is over, we will arrange a pick-up of the item, for which customers don’t have to pay any charges. The maximum rental period we offer is 7 days, which can be extended, based on availability.
As we only accept Cash on Delivery, refunds are completed using bank transfers only. Refunds are initiated after the returned item is checked and approved. It takes us 24 hours to check and initiate your refund. Once the refund has been initiated, it can take 5 to 7 business days for the funds to reflect in your bank account.

All rented items must be returned within the designated period agreed upon during the checkout process. Timely returns are vital so that the next person in our community can enjoy the collection. If an item is not returned on time, a late fee of HKD 50 per day will be imposed, which will collected while you return the dress. This fee is used to manage the disruption caused to our scheduling and availability.
One of the benefits of using Wardroberent is that we handle all the heavy lifting regarding garment maintenance. Customers are instructed not to attempt to wash, steam, or dry clean the dresses themselves. Our team handles all professional dry cleaning and sanitization after every use. We use specific methods to ensure each piece is fresh and ready for the next wearer. You can simply enjoy your event and return the dress to us when you are finished.
While we handle the cleaning, we expect users to use the items with respect while they are in their possession. The data you provide during the order process must be accurate to ensure successful delivery and communication. Wardroberent reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who violates these terms or fails to settle late fees.
In accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO) of Hong Kong , all information gathered during the COD process or account registration is handled with high levels of discretion. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details on how we store and protect your details.
